Happy Wednesday Morning,

Today we test the strength of the toothpick bridges down in the ping pong room as a whole team with GDI. I hope you all are surprised on how well your bridges do. On Friday, we will have the results of all of the other teams as they are breaking their's on Thursday and Friday. We will have a brief 8th assembly and announce the winning bridges.

Also on Friday, GDI is having a celebration for reaching the 500,000 milestone with the PULLTABS. The teachers are supplying pizza for the occasion. Please bring in drinks if you are in Mr Wilkinson /Mr Mitchell rooms- chips if you are in Mrs Littlefield or my room.
We will meet during lunch time and tutorial if needed.

Complete your work on Page 445 # 2-24 even if you have not done so.

Good Morning,

All eighth graders are working on building bridges out of toothpicks and will be doing so for the next 2 weeks or so. Homework for this time period will be to journalize daily on the work that you do and the work that your company does every day. These entries need to be detailed as this is a great deal of your grade.

Things to include in this entry:
* What I and the company did was...
* What successes I and the company had were...
* What struggles I and the company had were...
* What are the plans for tomorrow for me and the company for tomorrow...
* I need Mrs. Charle McAtee to know...
You may also add any additional thoughts to this daily entry.
